Background

Undifferentiated cells GSC (glioma stem cell-like cells) rely heavily on anaerobic conditions for differentiation. It can differentiate into tumor-derived vascular epithelial cells (TDEC)

TDEC is a component of blood vessels, which has strong drug resistance and is difficult to be eliminated by traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Upload files

Select the left Classifier panel, click browse under Expression_data_file and upload you Expression profile data

Select the left Classifier panel, click browse under Clinical_data_file and upload you Clinical data

View result

Select the left Classifier panel,and the upper left Expression table panel,You can confirm the data you uploaded.

Similarly, click on the upper left Clinical table panel to confirm the uploaded clinical data

In the dryness score panel, you can view the dryness score corresponding to each sample

Survival map

If you upload the clinical data, then you can view the survival curve from the Plot panel

Special Note

Please upload TPM RNA expression profile data, and select comma as the separator of the file. The options in the left selection panel are temporarily unavailable
